For your consideration is a S101 D36420 mini acoustic guitar. Overall has some signs of use, but is still alive and kicking.
Headstock looks good...a few nicks and dings, as pictured. Some wear on the backside. Frets and fretboard look good with years of life left. Body does have a fair amount of scratches and wear.
Guitar plays quite well and has a mighty voice!
