Here we have a vintage USA made B.C. RICH Eagle Bass with Original Hard-Shell case in Natural finish... As you know this is a rare bird. Almost half a century old now. This Bass is a consignment at our shop and the owner is selling it AS IS. he did not wish to put any money into it. I'll try to describe it the best I can but please see all the photos and ask questions if needed.

The bass is in fair used condition overall showing substantial cosmetic wear with some dings, dents and finish checking it also has a headstock repair, patched controls holes, missing inlays at the 3rd, 5th & 7th frets. This Eagle Bass features a 34” scale length, solid 3-piece Mahogany body with neck-through construction (neck goes all the way through with two “wings” glued to either side forming the body), equipped with its original set of Dimarzio split P style single coil pickups each with dedicated volume and tone controls, the electronics have been modified as has the bridge with a Upgraded BADASS with 4 adjustable saddles. The Mahogany neck features a comfortable round “C” shape profile that tapers down just a bit in mass as you make your way down toward the headstock, the spine of the neck also flattens out becoming almost “D” shaped in the first position. Width at the nut measures just a hair under 1 11/16”. The Rosewood fingerboard features a 16” radius, pearl Diamond inlaid fret markers and 24 original medium jumbo frets. The frets show minimum play wear with some shallow divots between frets 1-5 and above the 5th fret the frets show little wear Overall, there is good height/life left in them. Notes ring clean and clear up and down the fingerboard with no dead spots. The neck is straight and set-up with proper relief and low action. The truss rod is accessible at the headstock and functions as it should. The headstock sports the BC Rich “R” logo inlaid in pearl and Grover open gear wave tuners. The bass weighs in at 8 lbs. 7 oz. and actually plays really well and sounds like Thunder... It includes the original hard-shell case that is solid but has some damage and replaced hinges.

This definitely needs a little TLC, we have an In-house Luthier if you'd like to have him quote you on the repairs.
